Reservation Policy

When reserving a room a deposit equal to $100 per room per night up to $500 is taken.
Deposits on single-night stays are non-refundable, unless the reserved space can be re-booked. If re-booked, the full deposit can be credited toward a future stay.
$25.00 extra/ per additional persons/ room/ night.
Children under 2 are free.
May – October and all Holiday Weekends require a minimum two nights stay that must include Friday and Saturday nights.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you must cancel your room 15 days or more prior to arrival, you will receive a full credit towards a future stay, or a refund less a $25.00 service fee.
Within 15 days, your deposit will be forfeited, unless the reserved space can be re-booked. If re-booked, you will receive a full credit towards a future stay, less a $25.00 service fee.
You will be responsible for the full payment of all rooms reserved for any cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, unless the reserved space can be re-booked.
A "No Show" constitutes full payment to be charged to your credit card.
No refunds for early departures.
